While aid distribution in the aftermath of Haiti's devastating earthquake has improved, many are still fighting to survive and some of the most vulnerable are pregnant women.<br /><br />Haiti already had the worst maternal mortality rate in the Western hemisphere and now, with the country's hospitals in ruins, pregnant women face even more dangers.<br /><br />Al Jazeera's Teresa Bo reports on their struggle from Cite Soleil.
