Iran has hanged two men over protests that followed the country's disputed presidential election in June last year.<br /><br />The two men were allegedley working to "overthrow the Iranian regime".<br /><br />Speaking to Al Jazeera, Mohammad Marandi, a politics professor at Tehran University, defended the executions.<br /><br />(28 Jan 2010)
