The United Nations has set up a large scale food distribution system at 16 sites across Haiti's struggling capital Port au Prince.<br /><br />The World Food Programme says a around a million people have been fed, but there are still a million more who have not received enough help. <br /><br />The UN has acknowledged that the aid effort has been slow, but says things are starting to improve.<br /><br />Al Jazeera's Jonah Hull reports from Port-au-Prince.<br /><br />[February 4, 2010]
