Iran has formally told the United Nation's atomic watchdog it will begin producing higher grade nuclear fuel and it is inviting UN inspectors to monitor the process.<br /><br />In response, the US and France have been leading calls for what would be a fourth round of international sanctions against Iran over its nuclear programme.<br /><br />Tehran says it is frustrated because of what it calls the unwillingness of the US and its allies to consider amendments to a UN backed nuclear fuel proposal.<br /><br />Al Jazeera's Nazanine Moshiri reports from the Iranian capital.
