Three days into the military offensive in Marjah, US Marines and their Afghan allies have come under repeated counter-attacks.<br /><br />The attacks come a day after two US missile strikes killed 12 civilians in Marjah.<br /><br />Officials say they are taking every pre-caution to minimise the number of civilian casualties.<br /><br />Al Jazeera's James Bays reports from Kabul.
