Felipe Calderon, Mexico's president, has promised a new security plan for the city of Ciudad Juarez, which is at the centre of the government's battle against drug cartels.<br /><br />Calderon has also named a new special prosecutor to focus on crimes against journalists. Nearly 90 per cent of murders of reporters go unsolved in Mexico, according to the Committee to Protect Journalists. <br /><br />Al Jazeera met Luz Soza, a crime reporter in Ciudad Juarez.
