Dubai's police chief says he's almost certain Israel was involved in last month's assassination of a senior Hamas official.<br /><br />Dahi Khalfan Tamim says if proven then an arrest warrant should be issued for Israel's top spy, the man who's in charge of Mossad.<br /><br />Robert Fisk is the Middle East correspondent for the British newspaper the Independent. <br /><br />He says, if Israel is behind the assassination, then Tel Aviv could find itself in a diplomatic crisis with some of it's European allies.
