Two months after the an earthquake killed more than 220,000 people in Haiti, many international doctors are heading home.<br /><br />Medical care is increasingly left in the hands of Haitian doctors and nurses.<br /><br />Many of them have not been paid for weeks, and they are struggling to replace the medical professionals who were killed in the quake.<br /><br />Al Jazeera's Steve Chao reports from the capital, Port-au-Prince.
