Voters in Colombia are heading to the polls to elect new legislators.<br /><br />And one of the 2,500 candidates for congress is Francisco Javier Lozano Neiva - who belongs to a party called "PAIS" - composed mostly of social leaders and indigenous groups. <br /><br />He had to flee his home in 2005 after paramilitaries attacked his town, committing a massacre of civilians.<br /><br />And now the experience is pushing Neiva to try to stop the cycle of violence and political corruption in Columbia.<br /><br />This is his story, in his own words.<br /><br />[March 14, 2010]
