The head of the Catholic Church in Ireland has apologised for his role in the cover-up of child abuse 35 years ago.<br /><br />Cardinal Sean Brady is now under pressure to resign after he admitted he attended meetings where two 10-year-olds were forced to sign vows of silence over complaints against a priest who was abusing children.<br /><br />Pope Benedict the 16th is now also speaking out.<br /><br />Al Jazeera's Matt Moore reports.
