Since the passage of the US health care reform bill, public support for the plan has increased in just a matter of days.<br /><br />But polls show conservative voters have developed extremely negative views towards Barack Obama, the US president, with 67 per cent of those polled calling him a socialist.<br /><br />Arianna Huffington is the co-founder of the Huffington Post, one of the most widely read news web sites in the US. <br /><br />She spoke to Al Jazeera about whether some of the claims about Obama actually help supporters of the president manage expectations of what his Democratic Party can achieve.
