Easter time in Mexico is a time for families to head to the beach, but not everyone can afford to do that.<br /><br />In Mexico City, the capital's administrators have tackled that issue by constructing temporary beaches, brightening the Easter holiday for over 36,000 people.<br /><br />John Holman takes a look.
