Red shirt protesters in Thailand are refusing to negotiate with the government after the worst rioting in two decades yesterday left at least 21 people dead.<br /><br />The anti-government protesters want parliament dissolved and Abhisit Vejjajiva, the prime minister, to leave the country.<br /><br />A certain calm has returned to the streets of the capital Bangkok, but the stand-off is still far from over.<br /><br />Al Jazeera's Wayne Hay has this report.
