A huge cloud of ash spewed out by an Icelandic volcano has continued to cause travel chaos across Europe, with the fallout spreading around the world.<br /><br />The impact has cost business and the airline industry hundreds of millions of dollars and left millions of travellers stranded.<br /><br />Al Jazeera's Tim Friend reports from London's Heathrow airport.
