Treatment for diarrhoea is simple and cheap, but the disease still kills up to 1.5 million children in Africa every year.<br /><br />In Kenya alone, about 86 children die every day from diarrhoea. <br /><br />The government, with funding from Unicef, has launched a campaign to help provide medical treatment and raise awareness of the problem.<br /><br />But with rampant poor sanitation, Kenyas aim to reduce deaths by half by 2013 will be quite a challenge.<br /><br />Ama Boateng reports from Nairobi, Kenya.<br /><br />[April 19, 2010]
