Yukio Hatoyama, Japan's prime minister, says it will be impossible to completely move a key US military base out of Okinawa.<br /><br />The decision means Hatoyama is backtracking on a key election promise, the issue continues to divide the people on the island.<br /><br />Rob McBride reports from Okinawa.
