Iraqis could be a step closer to finding out who will form their next government.<br /><br />They voted in national elections almost two months ago, but with no clear winner, political parties have been fiercly negotiating possible alliances that could put them in charge.<br /><br />The two biggest Shia Muslim political blocs in Iraq now say they have formed an alliance, as Al Jazeera's Mike Hanna reports from Baghdad.
