Australia is known for its active outdoor lifestyle, but that image has been damaged by recent research which shows obesity is on the rise.<br /><br />The Obesity Policy Coalition says 75 per cent of all Australians will be fat within 20 years.<br /><br />The health group has come up with some unusual proposals to battle the bulge.<br /><br />Al Jazeera's Harry Fawcett reports from Sydney.
