Weather officials in the Philippines say the capital Manila is facing another devastating wet season in the coming months.<br /><br />Last year, many parts of Manila were flooded by storms which left more than 200 people dead, and some forecasters say this year could be worse.<br /><br />Al Jazeera's Marga Ortigas reports.
