More than 100 trucks have delivered a cargo of goods no longer banned under the rules of the Israeli blockade. <br /><br />But with the economy there still in ruins, for many the change will not make much difference. <br /><br />Al Jazeera's Nicole Johnston reports from Gaza, has been spending time with Gazan families to find out how much of a difference the recent easing has made.
