An international congress meeting in Stockholm has highlighted the growing problem of global obesity.<br /><br />In Malaysia, the government is urging citizens to slim down following the rapid increase in the number of overweight people in the country.<br /><br />But unlike many countries, the problem in Malaysia is not Western-style fast-food but rather its traditional diet which is heavy in oil and contains plenty of deep-fried food.<br /><br />Al Jazeera's Gerald Tan reports from Kuala Lumpur.
