The Philippines tops the list of countries with the most female executives in the world, with 48 per cent of senior positions in private businesses occupied by women.<br /><br />But while some women continue to break barriers, there are many more who are being left behind, with limited choices due to poverty and lack of education.<br /><br />Marga Ortigas reports.
