South Africa's parliament is hearing a human rights committee's verdict on how well the government dealt with attacks on foreigners in 2008.<br /><br />The violence left at least 67 people dead as South Africans angered by the belief that foreigners were taking away jobs targeted their communities. <br /><br />Now, with temporary work provided by the World Cup drying up, there are fears that tensions could be on the rise again. <br /><br />Al Jazeera's Rosie Garthwaite reports.
