Kosovo's ethnic Albanian leadership has welcomed a decision from the International Court of Justice ruling that the territory's declaration of independence from Serbia in 2008 is legal.<br /><br />Serbia has denounced the move, saying it will embolden other separatist movements around the world.<br /><br />Only 69 of the 192 countries at the UN General Assembly have recognised the semi-autonomous territory.<br /><br />Al Jazeera's Barnaby Phillips reports from Pristina.
