The UN-backed war crimes tribunal is scheduled to hand down its first ever highly anticipated verdict in its Khmer Rouge trial in Cambodia.<br /><br />Kaing Guek Eav, who is better known as Duch, has been charged with murder and torture.<br /><br />As prison chief for Khmer Rouge leader Pol Pot, Duch is accused of overseeing the deaths of around 14,000 people. <br /><br />Al Jazeera's Harry Fawcett reports from Phnom Penh, the capital of Cambodia.<br /><br />July 25, 2010
