Monday marks 20 years since Iraq, led by the late Saddam Hussein, invaded its southern neighbour Kuwait, which claimed hundreds of lives.<br /><br />Diplomatic ties between the two countries have resumed but the trauma from the invasion still hangs over their relations.<br /><br />Many unresolved issues remain between the neighbours, including land and maritime border disputes, as well as billions of dollars in war reparations that Kuwait seeks from Iraq.<br /><br />Al Jazeera's Rawya Rageh reports from Baghdad.<br /><br />[August 2, 2010]
