Purpose:<br /><br />To take opto pulses from a 1/1 seconds Gents master clock without any burden imposed upon the pendulum itself.<br />These pulses can be used to trigger an amplifier to drive one seconds slave or secondary clocks with single or alternating polarity.<br /><br />Details of the amplifier / driver will be in part 2 in next weeks video.<br /><br />The driver circuit I have tested already extensively on my tacho seconds system over the last 6 years.<br /><br />These amplified pulses can be used to drive ± 24 Volts 7 mA seconds slave clocks, like CTW, Favag and T&N and 3.5 ohm 220 mA Gents slave clocks designed for alternating polarity with appropiate series resistors.
