A 7.4 Volts LiPO battery was destroyed by overheating it with a coil of resistance wire wrapped around it.<br />The two cell battery vented twice which can be clearly seen and heard in this video.<br />This LiPO was electrically abused last week prior, but the leads melted off. ( still took 20 Amps !! ) hence this destructive option was chosen instead of puncturing it.
