Data to follow<br />This LED circuit is easy to build and can be used in places where a continuous glowing LED does not attract enough attention.<br />Only 6 discreet components are used.<br />It is important that R1 is made of 2 x 220 k.ohm resistors in series for 240 Volts and 2 x 100 k.ohms for 110 Volts.<br /><br />A word of caution !! As mains voltages are involved here unplug before touching during testing.<br />The final circuit needs to be well insulated and shrouded to avoid accidental contact.<br /><br />The camera colors were distorted occasionally and the led appears grey instead.
