Solari Cifra 5 electromechanical impulse clock.<br />Made in Italy by Solari Udine ± 1965.<br />Design by Gino Valle.<br /><br />This clock runs on 24 Volts dc, with a 2 second long impulse every minute to advance the dial.<br />The clock has the non-rotating armature instead of the rotax armature in the Cifra 12 on one of my other video's.<br /><br />I run the Cifra 12 from my Bürk master clock at home which provides the one minute pulses.<br />I have fitted a bridge rectifier on the 24V input to make the clock advance on the same polarity every minute.
