Pakistan's annual monsoon rains have reached all five of the country's provinces, affecting millions of people.<br /><br />The non-stop rain has caused river banks to burst, releasing torrents of water that has obliterated everything in its path.<br /><br />More than four million people are displaced and at least 1,600 people have been killed, a number that may rise as bodies are recovered from the rivers.<br /><br />Al Jazeera's Imran Khan reports from Sukkur in Sindh province, which has been hit hard by the swollen waters of the Indus river.
