Fuel shortages have been reported in Pakistan as the country's biggest oil refinery has been closed because of the the threat from flood waters. <br /><br />The refinery is situated in the town of Muzaffargarh in Punjab province, where long queues are forming at the filling stations amidst fears of a potential fuel crisis.<br /><br />Al Jazeera's Kamal Haydar reports from Muzaffargarh on the impact of the floods on the families there.
