Queen Elizabeth II mingles with the stars.<br/> <br />The monarch chatted with some of the biggest names in the music business after a jubilee concert held in her honor.<br/> <br />Australia's Kylie Minogue escorted the Queen down the line of stars.<br/> <br />Her Majesty then met Paul McCartney, Anne Lenox and Stevie Wonder who topped the bill at the star-studded Diamond Jubilee celebration.<br/> <br />The monarch missed the first half of the concert.<br/> <br />She was visiting her husband, Prince Philip in hospital where he's being treated for a bladder infection.<br/> <br />Elton John took a moment to express concern for the Prince.<br/> <br />But the show must go on...for the tens of thousands of fans who lined the streets of London, and of course, for Her Majesty herself.<br/> <br />Alicia Powell, Reuters.
