Paul Kagame, Rwanda's incumbent president, has won a landslide victory in the country's presidential poll.<br /><br />The electoral commission said Kagame got 93 per cent of the vote.<br /><br />In an exclusive interview, Al Jazeera's Andrew Simmons asked Kagame to respond to charges that he blocked genuine challengers from standing in the election.
