Anti-government protesters in Thailand have swung back into action - roughly three months after their long-running rally in the capital Bangkok ended in a military crackdown. <br /><br />Around 300 so called "red shirts" gathered in the northern city of Chiang Mai.<br /><br />They relaunched their rallies just days after authorities lifted a state of emergency in the province.<br /><br />Al Jazeera's Wayne Hay reports.
