Refugees from Tunisia have sparked a humanitarian crisis on the Italian island of Lampedusa.<br /><br />More than 4,000 migrants have landed in the past few days.<br /><br />Italy is appealing for urgent EU aid to stop the arrivals.<br /><br />Richard Martin reports.
