Concerns are growing for the health of many of the thousands of people now facing weeks or months out of their homes following Japan's earthquake and tsunami.<br /><br />Sanitation is becoming a major problem in the crowded evacuation centres and the homeless are suffering from diarrhoea and other illnesses.<br /><br />Al Jazeera's Wayne Hay reports from Higashi Matsushima on the dire conditions many of the displaced are now living in.
