The European Union [EU] has called for new rules governing fishing in European waters, amid fresh concerns about supplies.<br /><br />The EU says it wants to safeguard supplies for the future, as the European fisheries commissioner says 75 per cent of EU stocks are overfished.<br /><br />However, there are concerns among some fishermen that part of the new policy could lead to job losses.<br /><br />Al Jazeera's Emma Hayward reports.
