The United States has called on Sudan and South Sudan to end their dispute over oil transit fees. <br /><br />Sudan has released four oil tankers that belongs to the south as a gesture of good will.<br /><br />But the government of South Sudan, which halted its oil production in protest over Khartoum allegedly stealing its oil, says it will not start pumping again until a list of demands are met.<br /><br />Anna Cavell reports from Juba, South Sudan's capital.
