A group of Syrian activists and politicians have united to form what they call the 'Syrian Transitional Parliament'. <br /><br />The organisation will be based in Syria but also has a committee set up abroad.<br /><br />They made the announcement just a day before Syria holds parliamentary elections. <br /><br />Al Jazeera's Hashem Ahelbarra reports.
