Doctors in Thailand are getting some jumbo assistance to help children with autism and other disabilities.<br /><br />Therapists from a university in Chiang Mai, a northern city, have created a camp where young children with special needs spend days doing activities with animals, including elephants, that help sharpen their mental abilities and social skills. <br /><br />While some people remain sceptical about animal therapy, the researchers say they have obtained positive results. <br /><br />Wayne Hay has the story from Chiang Mai.
