Syria's opposition is blaming the government for another alleged massacre, which reportedly left scores of people dead in Hama province.<br /><br />More than 80 people were killed on Wednesday in Hama's village of Qabeer, actvists said.<br /><br />UN observers trying to access the site say they are being blocked by the Syrian army. <br /><br />It all comes as UN envoy Kofi Annan prepares to address the Security Council to try to salvage his Syrian peace plan.<br /><br />Kristen Saloomey reports from the UN headquarters in New York and Rula Amin follows developments from Beirut in Lebanon.
