A day after it's formed, the new unity government in Tunisia is under mounting pressure. Angry demonstrators took to the streets, refusing to recognise a transitional government that contains eight ministers from the deposed president Zine El Abidine Ben Ali.<br /><br />From the government itself, a number of ministers announced their withrawal; they are all from the Tunisian Labour Union, which played a key role in the protests against Ben Ali. Announcing his government, Mohammed Ghannouchi, prime minister, said its aim was democracy for the country.<br /><br />So, is Tunisia making progress, or heading for more instability?
