Political groups in Egypt have called for another mass rally in Cairo on Friday where they will be promoting a single set of demands this time.<br /><br />After weeks of growing tension, groups including the Muslim Brotherhood have decided to set aside their differences. <br /><br />Al Jazeera's Sherine Tadros reports in Cairo.
