The mountain gorilla is one of the rarest primates on earth but poaching, habitat destruction and human disease left its numbers dwindling to just a few hundred in the past decades.<br /><br />But Uganda has shown that there is hope for this endangered animal.<br /><br />Efforts by conservation groups and the local communities have helped boost the shrinking numbers.<br /><br />Al Jazeera's Nick Clark reports from the Bwindi Impenetrable Forest of Uganda.
