The Garo hills are home to the world's largest reserve of Asian elephants, but their habitat is now under threat, as people move further into the forest. <br /><br />Poachers sell elephants tusks and genitals: they are worth more than $50,000 in the black market. Half of the elephant population has been killed, and the Asian elephant is now an endangered species. <br /><br />Villagers in parts of Bangladesh now say attacks by elephants in search of food are becoming more common.<br /><br />Al Jazeera's Nicolas Haque reports from the Garo Hills, Bangladesh.
