Human Rights Watch is expected to release a scathing report on the treatment of migrant labourers in the Gulf state of Qatar.<br /><br />Many migrant workers, mostly from India and south Asian countries, have made allegations of physical abuse and non-payment of salaries by their Qatari employers, who are reportedly not held accountable by local authorities.<br /><br />The mounting accusations have prompted Indian politicians in to seek a comprehensive reform of their country's laws to protect migrant workers.<br /><br />Al Jazeera's Sohail Rahman reports from Indian state of Kerala.
