The will of Hari Sharma's mother Smt. Deo Raj Kumari Sharma is written and signed by her in front of law authorities in Varanasi District Court, Varanasi duly certified by Notary authorities. The irony is that when Hari Sharma's mother signs the document and also write letters, how she could sell the property to someone without telling Hari and also by putting right hand's thumb impression on the document (the court data will be released soon). The system in India is so corrupt that nobody listens to these arguments. Interestingly, Hari's Mother has also her Indian Passport that was stolen before these events. But in the court this was claimed that she doesn’t know reading or writing so the thumb impression of her is the only way to sell her vast Residential and Agricultural land proeprties in Bihar. So far 10 years have elapsed but there is no movement in District court of Sasaram. Is this way people get justice in India and in Bihar?
