WOW!! Mike, the manager at Just Brakes Service Center #84 in Conroe, TX, took a look with his service tech, and then he just shook his head. He showed the brakes to me and explained that my front pads were still at 60% good, and the back pads were still at 80% good.<br /><br />EVERYONE I HAD CONTACT WITH WAS COURTEOUS!!!! Everyone I had contact with at this location was courteous and professional, but more important, kind and considerate. I have already recommended them and I plan to let my friends on facebook know how pleased I was with the folks at THIS location. They really went the extra mile for me. I hope all your locations are just as good
