More than 1,300 residents are forced to evacuate their homes as a fire rages in northern Utah .<br/> <br />Local media is reporting that flames have burned approximately 1,600 acres of grasslands.<br/> <br />The fire was started by target-shooters Thursday.<br/> <br />Firefighters are using water-bearing helicopters and a fire-retardant dumping air tanker to fight the blaze.<br/> <br />So far, no structural damage or injuries have been reported.<br/> <br />Deborah Lutterbeck, Reuters
